Visual Vocabulary: Fop

My vocabulary consultant—er, husband—and I didn't agree on how the word fop should be illustrated. I thought OF COURSE it should be a hipster who looks like he's trying to clash in as many ways as possible but who is actually very calculated in how he dresses. Complete with some scraggly chest, pit and happy trail hairs. And PBR. And lavender Tom's. Scott pretty much thought it should be an illustration of Puss in Boots, so I gave my dear hipster a pimp cat on a leash. See, I'm good at compromise.

Do hipsters even say the word Broseph? Or is that only people who watch The Jersey Shore?

Visual Vocabulary is a project I created for myself in which I attempt to sear new words into my memory by illustrating them. You can see all of them here.
